Based on the project brief and site analysis, Urban Elevate team will develop conceptual ideas and design strategies to address the functional, aesthetic, and contextual aspects of the project.

Building upon the schematic design, we will further refine the design by developing detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections. This phase involves collaboration with engineers, consultants, and other specialists to integrate structural, mechanical, electrical, and other systems into the design.

During the construction phase, we provide oversight and support to ensure that the project is built according to the design intent and specifications.

After the building is completed and occupied, we will conduct post-occupancy evaluations to assess how well the design meets the needs of users , identify opportunities for improvement and final handover of the project
